Refund Policy

1. Cooling-Off Period

Students have a 7-day cooling-off period from the date of enrollment during which they may cancel for any reason and receive a full refund of all fees paid.

Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days using the original payment method. Processing may take longer for certain payment types.

Students may appeal refund decisions by submitting a written appeal to our Academic Affairs office within 30 days of the original decision.
