Terms of Service

Effective Date: January 1, 2025

1. Acceptance of Terms

By enrolling in courses at Culinary Masters Academy or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations.

2. Course Enrollment and Attendance

Students must:

• Complete enrollment requirements and submit all required documentation
• Attend all scheduled classes and practical sessions
• Follow all kitchen safety protocols and guidelines
• Maintain professional conduct at all times
• Respect fellow students, instructors, and academy property

3. Payment Terms

Course fees must be paid according to the agreed schedule. Late payments may result in:

• Suspension from classes
• Late fees and interest charges
• Cancellation of enrollment

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Students may cancel their enrollment subject to our Refund Policy. Cancellations must be submitted in writing. Please refer to our detailed Refund Policy for specific terms.

5. Kitchen Safety and Equipment Use

Students must:

• Follow all safety procedures and protocols
• Use equipment only as instructed
• Report any injuries or accidents immediately
• Maintain proper hygiene and cleanliness standards

6. Intellectual Property

All course materials, recipes, and techniques taught at Culinary Masters Academy are proprietary. Students may not:

• Share or distribute course materials without permission
• Record classes without written consent
• Use academy recipes for commercial purposes without authorization

7. Limitation of Liability

Culinary Masters Academy's liability is limited to the amount of course fees paid. We are not responsible for injuries resulting from failure to follow safety protocols.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Ontario.
